Information used in Piloa
Piloa uses the name and pet choices you enter, along with progress created while you play, such as tasks, discoveries, preferences, and recent moments. Photos and voice notes are used only when you choose to create those moments.
Permissions
Camera permission is requested when you take a photo. Photo library permission is requested when you choose an existing photo. Microphone permission is requested when you record a voice note. You can decline these permissions and continue using the rest of the app.
Tracking transparency
Where available, Piloa may ask for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework to measure the effectiveness of Piloa promotional campaigns. This permission is optional. Choosing not to allow tracking does not limit the app’s core pet-care features, and you can change your choice at any time in your device settings.
Device data and deletion
Piloa keeps app progress and optional photo or voice moments on your device so they can be shown again in the app. Use Me > Data controls to review the summary or delete the saved data. Removing the app also removes its device data according to the operating system.
Contact
Piloa does not require an account. For privacy questions, contact support@piloa.app.
